Advantages
- The only shotgun scabbard solution on the market that easily removes for travel or for when you want to use your bike for something other than shooting or hunting.
- Provides the easiest access to your shotgun of any e-bike scabbard solution on the market.
- Provides hard-sided protection balanced with ease of access.
- Can be used in conjunction with off the shelf neoprene gun slip for added protection from rain and dust.
- Installs in seconds (after initial setup).
Dimensions
- Weighs 5.0 lbs.
- Nominal inside dimension of padded liner is 31.7" x 4.4" x 1.8".
- Padding is 1/4" thick all around and includes separate 1" thick pad at bottom to protect barrel end.
- Top clamp fits 0.5"-1.7" diameter and bottom clamp fits 0.5"-2.3" diameter. Clamps are interchangeable top to bottom as well as can be flipped to opposite side of angle mounting bracket. I recommend the clamps should be set a minimum of about 8"-10" apart from each other in most applications, however every case is different and should be assessed as so.
- Angle mounting brackets (and clamps) slide full length of scabbard and rotate 360 degrees for fully flexible mounting options.
Gun fits
- Over/Under shotguns: Fits any with 24"-34" barrel length. Will fit with ShotKam attached, but not ShotTracker.
- Semi-auto shotguns: Fits any with barrel length 26" or greater. With or without extended bolt handle as it will be above the liner.
- Pump shotguns: Fits anything except short barrel models with pistol grips.
- Rifles: No scoped rifles. Open sight models likely okay but need to look on case by case basis.
- SxS shotguns: Check your measurements. May fit if small gauge.
Bike Fits
- All models of e-bikes have slightly different geometry and features. I have not seen them all, but I have seen most of them and I have yet to come across one that did not fit. This is because although there are a lot of individual models they all fall into a few different categories.
- Clamps can be removed and angle brackets bolted directly to mounting lugs on frame if so desired by user. In certain use cases this may be preferred if easy remove-ability does not provide value.
In the box
- Arrives FULLY ASSEMBLED, enclosed in a heavy wall cardboard box, and padded with bubble wrap.
- Consists of anodized aluminum hard sided shell, universal mounting clamps (2), and padded nylon liner. (Bike and gun not included)
I designed the "Gen_2 Shotgun Scabbard" for e-bikes but it works just as well on a variety of other vehicles including golf carts, trikes, and mountain bikes.
Feel free to contact me with any questions and I will do my best to answer right away.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The scabbard fits securely on both a bike and a golf cart, which makes it incredibly versatile. The craftsmanship is solid and well thought out. On top of that, the customer service is exceptional… responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. It’s also awesome to support a company that gives back to local youth shooting clubs. That kind of community involvement matters. Great product, even better people!
Awesome product, great support if you have questions. I installed mine on a lectric xp4 and couldn't be happier with it, just wish I went the ebike/scabbard combo route earlier
I'm starting my 3rd season shooting tournaments with an E-Bike and scabbard. It has worked out GREAT! I'm at the age where walking a 2 mile course can be tiring and affect my shooting (especially at high altitudes and hot weather) so it was an ATV, rental cart or the E-Bike. The E-bike has been so affordable by comparison to the options and the scabbard has been very easy to install and use. The scabbard keeps the gun protected, even when a clumsy competitor knocked my bike over. (I now make sure to take my gun out and set in the rack first thing when arriving on station). More than 30 tournaments behind me using this arrangement and many more to come.
This thing is great. Means you don't have to haul a trailer to tournaments. When you get there you are more nimble and faster than the guys in carts. Plus it's fun. Pays for itself in one or two tournaments of not renting carts, or messing around with trailers.
