At ebikescabbards.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me directly — I handle returns on a case-by-case basis and will do everything I can to make it right.
If a return is approved:

Refunds will cover the product price only; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
